David is an
entrepreneur with a background in financial markets and banking and has been
involved with building technical companies with financial products for over 25
years. In the early nineties having backed a consortium to run the Red Cross
lottery on the intenet, he developed the first eWallet to facilitate payments.
David’s long involvement with banks has enabled him to develop this concept
into what is Payment Systems today. David runs Waltech plc, the major investor
in Payment Systems.
